Arlene Allison, et al., Defendants
To John Doe, the Unknown Spouse of Arlene Allison.
The foregoing Defendant, whose place of residence is unknown to plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 18th day of April, 2007, plaintiff brought an action naming him as a defendant in the above named court by filing its complaint, the object of which is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a Judgment Lien against the following described real estate:
Lot Number one hundred fifty-six (156) in Lenk's Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 3 of Plats, page 27A. Taxing district permanent parcel number: 09-57764.
The relief demanded is that the property be foreclosed and sold and that the liens be marshalled and paid from the proceeds of sale.
The person above mentioned will take further notice that she has been made a party defendant to this action, and that he is required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 25th day of July, 2007, or judgment and decree will be taken against him as demanded herein.
