Michalak, whose last known address is 2013 Berdan Avenue, Toledo, OH 43613;, and Irina Michalak, whose last known address is 2833 Terrace Drive, Apartment 217, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, will take notice that on July 8, 2011, Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-EC2 filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201104198. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Parcel Numbers: 15-25744. Property Address: 2013 Berdan Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43613. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 1st day of December, 2011.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
