RBS Citizens, N.A. fka Citizens Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Chater one Bank, N.A.Company, Plaintiff

Linda S. Junga, et al., Defendants
To the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe real names unknown, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns of Linda S. Junga, deceased (hereafter "Unknowns") whose last known place of residence and post office address is unknown, but whose present residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
RBS Citizens, N.A. fka Chater One Bank, N.A. has brought this action naming you as defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Counterclaim and Cross-Claim on the 15th day of June, 2010.
The object of the Counterclaim and Cross-Claim is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:
Lot Number One Hundred Thirty-six (136) in Radnor Park, an Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio.

And for an in rem judgment upon a Credit Line Agreement (hereafter promissory note or note) executed to Charter One Bank, N.A. by Linda S. Junga and Martin S. Junga, then and as husband and wife.
The relief demanded is for an in rem relief against the subject real estate in the amount of Fifty-Nine Thousand One Hundred and 01/100 Dollars ($59,100.01) with interest thereon at the race of 3.25% per annum from September 21, 2009, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that defendants Unknowns be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 17th day of September, 2010.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
