To the defendant, Beth L. DeLaCruz aka Beth L. De La Cruz, whose last known address is 3427 Goddard Road, Toledo, Ohio 43606, will take notice that on May 20, 2010, The Northern Ohio Investment Company filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201004074. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Parcel No.: 33-68034, 33-68037 & 33-68041; Property address: 11571 Dyke Road, Curtice, Ohio 43612. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The defendant named above is required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 17th day of September, 2010.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
