Uchic Properties, Ltd, et al., Defendants
Uchic Properties, LTD. whose last place of business is 3245 Millstone Court, Maumee, Ohio 43537-9690, 446 Bryant Court, Toledo, Ohio 43610-1115, and 1328 Broadway Street, Toledo, Ohio 43609 but whose present place of business is unknown will take notice that on June 25, 2010 at 4:00 PM, CitiMortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201004796 in the Court of Common Pleas Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants Uchic Properties, LTD. has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 16-28517; Property Address: 446 Bryant Court, Toledo, Ohio 43610. The legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor at One Government Center, Suite 600, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
The Petitioner alleges that Uchic Properties, LTD. conveyed their interest in the above described real property to Jeffrey M. Uchic and Rebecca L. Uchic but improperly signed the deed of conveyance and therefore the conveyance was faulty.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for an order declaring that any interest that they have in the real property described above be forfeited and title to said property quieted in the name of the Plaintiff.
THE DEFENDANT NAMED ABOVE IS REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 21ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 2010.
