The object of the Complaint and Supplememtal Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real properties located at 3425 Wilford, Toledo, OH 43617; 3145 Strathmoor, Toledo, OH 43614; 849 Geneva, Toledo, OH 43609; 3407 Franklin, Toledo, OH 43609; 335 Palmer, Toledo, OH 43608 and 3943 Burnham, Toledo, OH 43612, and recorded in the Lucas County Auditor's Department as Parcel ID Nos. 78-52644; 07-61474; 16-33881; 05-20057; 10-19414 and 01-00861 and prayer is to foreclose all interest owned by you and for costs. Copies of the full legal descriptions can be obtained at the Lucas County Auditor's Office, One Government Center, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
You are required to answer the Complaint and Supplemental Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 9th day of September, 2010.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint and Supplemental Complaint.
