Common Pleas Crt., No. TF10-1169, Wade Kapszukiewicz, as Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio, vs. Marvin Burgess, et al. Defendants Kim Jennings Heard and The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kim Jennings Heard,and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Kim Jennings Heard, will take notice of said pending lawsuit filed in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for unpaid taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest in the amount of $2,151.30 levied upon: TD16 and Parcel No. 01997 located at 1239 Hamilton Street, Toledo, Ohio 43607 The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshall all liens, to sell the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants are required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 1st day of October, 2010, or decree will be taken as prayed for therein.
