To Commodore Perry Limited Partnership, an Ohio Limited partnership, c/o William Hirt, Statutory Agent.
The foregoing Defendant, whose place of residence is unknown to plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 12th day of March, 2010, plaintiff brought an action naming him as a defendant in the above named court by filing its complaint, the object of which is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:
The northeasterly fifty (50) feet of the southwesterly two hundred seventy-three (273) feet of the alley in the Block bounded by Monroe Street, Superior Street, Huron Street, and Jefferson Avenue, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Property address: 125 N Superior St. Toledo, OH 43604.
Taxing district permanent parcel number: T.D. 12 parcel 01520.
The relief demanded is that the property be foreclosed and sold and that the liens be marshalled and paid from the proceeds of sale.
The person above mentioned will take further notice that he has been made a party defendant to this action, and that he is required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 9th day of September, 2010, or judgment and decree will be taken against him as demanded herein.
