King deceased, and John Doe, Unknown Spouuse of Vivian E. King, deceased, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on May 13, 2010, Plaintiff, KeyBank National Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201003936 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint and/or Amended Complaint is to foreclose upon Plaintiff`s Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Westmont Park, Plat 1, Lot 75 and West 20 feet of Lot 76 in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Property Address: 2384 Victory Avenue, Toledo, OH 43607; PPN: 16-60629.
The Defendants named above will take further notice that they are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 6th day of August, 2010. Otherwise, a default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure will be taken against you as demanded in the Complaint.
