Defendants Nanette LaVigne, Robyn LaVigne-Pierce, Christopher LaVigne, Amanda LaVigne and Kendall LaVigne, whose last known address was 2733 Buckeye St, Toledo, OH 43608, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Nanette LaVigne, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Robyn LaVigne-Pierce, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Christopher LaVigne, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Amanda LaVigne, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Kendall LaVigne and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of William I. LaVigne, Deceased, will take notice of said pending lawsuit filed in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for unpaid taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest in the amount of $4,196.78 levied upon: T.D. 14 Parcel 26807 and T.D. 14 Parcel 26811, located at 2733 Buckeye St, Toledo, OH 43608. The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshal all liens, to sell the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants are required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 20th day of August, 2010, or decree will be taken as prayed for therein.
