To the defendants, The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of William R. Close aka William Richard Close and the Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns of Sylvia J. Close aka Sylvia Jean Close, all whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 21st day of May, 2010, Toledo Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union #3748 filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201004091 on the docket of the Court and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Parcel No.: 09-67571. Property address: 4856 - 290th Street, Toledo, OH 43611 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 20070305-0012489 of the Lucas County Recorders' Office.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 29th day of July, 2010.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
