Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Amanda Thomas, whose last places of residence were Unknown; and whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on January 22, 2010, Plymouth Park Tax Services, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201001498 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Amanda Thomas, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PPN: 10-09734; Property Address: 3261 Buckeye Street, Toledo, OH 43608. A copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of nonpayment of certain Tax Certificates, the lien of Petitioner has become absolute against the real estate.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Tax Certificates, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 2010.
