Notice Content: LEGAL NOTICE Kimberly L. Borchert, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200803128 Fifth Third Bank, Plaintiff vs John L. Webb, et al., Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Creditors and Assigns of John L. Webb, whose last known place of residence is Unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 3rd day of April, 2008, the undersigned, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Money, Foreclosure, and Other Equitable Relief in Case No. CI0200803128 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen and 26/100 Dollars ($12,513.26) plus interest at the rate of 8.25% (variable) per annum from February 22, 2008, plus late charges applicable to the terms of the Note and Mortgage on a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage Deed of even date conveying following described property, to-wit: Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: Lot number 149 in McLean's Glasboro Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. PPN: 10-03801. The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant obligors in the payment of said note, according to its tenor, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
