Hammond, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200803744 Plymouth Park Tax Services, LLC, Plaintiff vs Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Arlene Kirkwood, et al., Defendants The Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Arlene Kirkwood and The Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Maggie Austin, whose last place of residence is Unknown; and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 24, 2008, Plymouth Park Tax Services, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0200803744 and on June 23, 2008, Plymouth Park Tax Services, LCC, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. CI0200803744 in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, The Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Arlene Kirkwood and The Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Maggie Austin, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Lot number one hundred thirty-four (134) in Fairground Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Property Address: 1829 Norwood Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43607. PPN: 05-01917. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of nonpayment of certain Tax Certificates, the lien of Petitioner has become absolute against the real estate. The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Tax Certificates, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
