Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-7, Plaintiff vs Lisa M. Setmire nka Lisa M. Ferguson & Louis A. Setmire, III, et al., Defendants The Defendant, Louis A. Setmire III, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of June, 2008, the Plaintiff, Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-7 filed its Complaint in Case No.: CI0200804480, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2210 Brookford Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43614, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Louis A. Setmire III, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as follows: Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio, and described as follows: The East 43 feet of the West 86 feet of Lot 17 in Central Grove, an Addition to the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, same being recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, page 19. Parcel No. 03-07904. Property commonly known as: 2210 Brookford Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43614. The Defendant, Louis A. Setmire III, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 16th day of September, 2008. In the event that the Defendant, Louis A. Setmire III fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
