Graber, et al., Defendants Timothy L. Graber whose last known address is 1937 Brame Place, Toledo, Ohio 43613 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that the 12th day of March, 2008, CitiMortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, being Case No. CI0200802690 in said Court against Timothy L. Graber, et al., praying for judgment of Eighty-one Thousand One Hundred Eighty-one and 16/100 Dollars ($81,181.16) with interest at the rate of 5.625% per annum from September 1, 2007 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: and being Lot number 68 in the East 1/2 of Lot 69 on Overland Heights, an Addition the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 28 of Plats, page 26. Parcel No. 11-66257. And that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Lucas County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
