In the Matter of the Estate of Thomas H. Cowles, Deceased
To: Innovest Trade Group, Inc and Thomas Carelton Arthur Cowles, whose addresses are unknown.
You are hereby notified that Thomas H. Cowles died on September 27, 2007, and on June 16, 2008, Rosemary J. Cowles, Administatrix filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgments in the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County. The Court is located on the second floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, Adams and Erie Streets, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This action is brought for a Declaratory Judgment to invalidate the transfer of certain real property known as 707 Clark Street, Holland OH, 6427 Lakeway Dr. Rear, Oregon, OH and 816 Elysian Ave. Toledo OH, into "trusts" which were never created and return the titles to the Decedent, as an asset of the Estate and/or jointly with his spouse, Plaintiff Rosemary J. Cowles.
The Defendants are required to answer the Complaint on or before 9th day of September, 2008.
