George D. Thompson, Defendant
To the defendant, George D. Thompson aka George Thomp Son, whose last known address was 5679 Monroe St. B4, Apt 102 Sylvania, Ohio 43560, will take notice that Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC fka Ford Motor Credit Company filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. CI0200704351, and thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendant for monetary damages pursuant to the terms and conditions of a written agreement with the balance due of $33,431.95.
The relief demanded is for judgment in the sum of $33,431.95 with interest at the rate of 4.9% per annum from date of judgment and costs.
for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 19th day of May, 2008.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
