vs
Shayla T. Johnson, et al., Defendants
TO: Defendant, John Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Shayla T. Johnson, et al, last known address being 1856 Finch, Toledo, Ohio 43609, and the current address being unknown.
Plaintiff has brought this action by filing a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas on January 10, 2007, naming you as a Defendant.
The object of the Complaint is to obtain judgment on a Note signed by Shayla T. Johnson and foreclosure of a Mortgage on the following described real property:
The Northerly thirty (30) feet of Lot number eighty-nine (89) in Lincoln Smith's Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 13 of Plats, page 21. Parcel No. 14-18621.
The Complaint alleges that John Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Shayla T. Johnson may have or claim an interest in the property by virtue of dower rights or otherwise.
The Complaint prays that the Defendant be required to answer and set forth his interests in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of the Mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and for the sale of the said real estate, with the proceeds of the said sale to be applied to the payment of the Mortgage and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendant will take notice that he will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 6th day of June, 2007, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
