Carney, Deceased, will take notice of said pending lawsuit filed in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for unpaid taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest in the amount of $1,047.47 levied upon: Lot Number Two Hundred Forty-six (246) and the South Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Number Two Hundred Forty-seven (247) on the Plat of Norwood, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 16 of Plats, page 20.(T.D. 11 Parcel No. 22857). The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshall all liens, to sell the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants are required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 4th day of May, 2007, or decree will be taken as prayed for therein.
