Creekside Mobile Home Park, Plaintiff

Krissy Boffia and Creekside Trust, Warren Bean, Trustee, et al., Defendants
To: Unknown Heirs, Administrators, Executors, Creditors and Assigns of Judy A. Rau (Deceased), whose last known place of residence of said Defendant is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 6th day of November, 2007, the undersigned, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for forcible entry and detainer, money damages, and any other equitable relief in the Toledo Municipal Court, case number CVG-07-22187.
Plaintiff's Complaint alleges that the Defendants leased the premises from Plaintiff located at 18 City Park Dr., Lot 155, Toledo, Ohio 43609, that the Defendants failed to pay the monthly lot rent in the amount of $210.00 per month pursuant to the terms of the least agreement, that the trailer situated at 18 City Park Dr., Lot 155, Toledo, Ohio, 43609 is owned by Creekside Trust, Warren Bean, Trustee, that the Plaintiff lawfully served the Defendants a 3 day eviction notice on September 9, 2007 and October 9, 2007.
Plaintiff further alleges that the Defendants are now unlawfully and forcibly detaining possession of its premises, and that Plaintiff is entitled to possession, furthermore, Plaintiff states that as of the date of the filing of the Complaint, Defendant's owe Plaintiff the sum of $630.00 for the rent for September, October and November.
The Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 5th day of March, 2008, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
