You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiFinancial, Inc., vs Unknown Administrator, Executor, Executrix of the Estate of Nancy Polcwiartek aka Nancy L. Polcwiartek, et al.,." This case has been assigned Case No. CI0200704459 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio.
The object of the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 4493 282nd Street, Toledo, OH 43611 and the prayer is to foreclose all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estate in question is also legally described as:

You are required to answer the Amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 11th day of December, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
