To the defendants, Ken Luna, whose last known address is 4350 Jackman Road, Toledo, OH 43612 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ken Luna, whose last known address is 4350 Jackman Road, Toledo, OH 43612, Jennifer Yeary, whose last known address is 4350 Jackman Road, Toledo, OH 43612 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jennifer Yeary, whose last known address is 4350 Jackman Road, Toledo, OH 43612, will take notice that on June 20, 2007, Avelo Mortgage, LLC filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0200704390. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio, to-wit: Lot number twenty-three (23) in Berwick Place, a subdivision in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 29 of Plats, page 35.
The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 29th day of November, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
