The Defendant, Eugene Guszczunski, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 20th day of November, 2006, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2002-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2002-NC1 filed its Complaint in Case No.: CI0200607128, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 9415 Dorr Street, Holland, Ohio 43528, (\"Real Estate\"), and alleged that the Defendant, Eugene Guszczunski, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is attached hereto as Exhibit \"A\" and made a part hereof as follows:
Parcel 1: The West eighty-four and two hundred seventy-five thousandths (84.275) feet of the East one thousand eight hundred forty-eight and nine hundredths (1848.09) feet of Lot number three (3) in the Southeast quarter (1/4) of Section thirty-six (36), Town nine (9) South, Range five (5) East, formerly in Spencer Township, now in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Containing two and one-half (2 1/2) acres. Subject to legal highways.
Parcel 2: The West eighty-four and two hundred seventy-five thousandths (84.275) feet of the East one thousand seven hundred sixty-three and eight hundred fifteen thousandths (1763.815) feet of Lot number three (3) in the Southeast quarter (1/4) of Section thirty-six (36), Town nine (9) South, Range five (5) East, in Spencer Township, Lucas County, Ohio. Subject to legal highways.
Parcel No. 60-10567.
The Defendant, Eugene Guszczunski, is required to answer the Plaintiff\'s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 2nd day of April, 2007. In the event that the Defendant, Eugene Guszczunski fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff\'s Complaint.
