Jenny Smith and the Unknown Spouse of Jenny Smith, whose last known addresses are 3405 Franklin Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43608; 360 West Delaware Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43610 and 3510 Chase Street, Toledo, Ohio 43611, are hereby notified that JP Morgan Chase Bank as Trustee for Equity One ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate Series 2002-1 filed a Complaint for Foreclosure and Other Equitable Relief on March 30th, 2007, Case No. CI0200702817, on the property described as follows:
Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot number Thirty-five (35) in Franklin Avenue Addition, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County Ohio. Parcel No. 05-20061
Also known as 3405 Franklin Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43608, and that there remains due and owing Twenty-three Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen and 12/100 ($23,719.12) with interest at 11.8 percent per annum from July 1, 2006, and costs: that the defendants named in the Complaint may have an interest in said property: therefore, Plaintiff demands that it be found to have a good, valid and subsisting lien on said premises, for the amount owing; that the Defendants equity of redemption be foreclosed; that all parties be required to answer as to their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein; that all liens on said premises be marshaled and their priorities determined; that said premises be sold as upon execution and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law; and for such other relief as is just equitable.
Defendant first hereinabove mentioned is further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before 28th day of November, 2007, which includes twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication, or judgment may be rendered as demanded for therein.
