The Northern Ohio Investment Company, Plaintiff
vs
Dannie Young III, et al., Defendants
TO: Defendant, Jane Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Dannie Young III, last known address being 1238 Norwood, Toledo, Ohio 43607, and the current address being unknown.
Plaintiff has brought this action by filing a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas on April 19, 2007, naming you as a Defendant.
The object of the Complaint is to obtain judgment on a Note signed by Dannie Young III and foreclosure of a Mortgage on the following described real property:
Lot number fifty-three (53) in West End Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, in accordance with Volume 14 of Plats, page 4. Parcel No.: 16-11947.
The Complaint alleges that Jane Doe, the unknown spouse, if any, of Dannie Young III, may have or claim an interest in the property by virtue of dower rights or otherwise.
The Complaint prays that the Defendant be required to answer and set forth her interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of the Mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and for the sale of the said real estate, with the proceeds of the said sale to be applied to the payment of the Mortgage and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The Defendant will take notice that she will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 9th day of August, 2007, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
