Bays, whose last known address was 6956 Kranz Road, Holland, Ohio 43528, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Garry Bays, aka Garry A. Bays, aka Gary A. Bays, will take notice of said pending lawsuit filed in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien of the State of Ohio for unpaid taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest in the amount of $610.50 levied upon: Situated in the City of Toledo, County of Lucas and State of Ohio.Parcel II:Lot Number 20 in Nesslewood Addition in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, same being recorded in Plat 24-34. (T.D. 11 Parcel No. 02947) The prayer is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshall all liens, to sell the above described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Said defendants are required to answer the complaint herein on or before the 13th day of April, 2007, or decree will be taken as prayed for therein.
