Luis A. Centeno-Diaz, whose last known place of residence was Andador Rio Balsas #33 Colonia Via 1, Silano GTO CP36126, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Rosa E. Centeno filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2009-1190 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief. Parties have been living separate & apart for more than one (1) year.
Answer must be filed by July 14, 2010, after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
