Robert M. Slee, Pro se
Mary Louise Slee, whose last known place of residence was 1011 South Rose Circle, Mesa, AZ 85204, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Robert M. Slee filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2010-0169 against the Defendant praying for divorce, and other and further relief. Parties have been living separate & apart for more than one (1) year and are incompatible.
Answer must be filed by May 11, 2010, after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
