Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE Daniel J. Sczesny, Attorney Christopher J. Hughes, whose last known place of residence was 550 Otis Circle, Hopkinsville, KY 42240, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Loretta L. Hughes filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2009-0649 against the Defendant praying for divorce, that Plaintiff be awarded her separate property and an equitable share of the marital property, that defendant be ordered to assume an equitable share of the marital debts and other and further relief. Grounds alleged: extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty, plaintiff and defendant are incompatible. Answer must be filed by October 19, 2009 after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
