Segur, whose last known place of residence was 724 Johnson, Toledo, Ohio 43607, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Ricky Albert Segur filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-1028 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief.
