Carmen Rahal, whose last known place of residence was Najib Rahal Property, Behind Jamra Plaza, Karak, Zahle, Bekaa, Lebanon, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Jihad Semaan filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2008-0545 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief. Parties have been living separate & apart for more than one (1) year.
Answer must be filed by August 7, 2008, after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
