Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE Mark D. Wagoner, Attorney Wajdi M. Busbait, whose last known place of residence was 9782 Bishopswood Lane #4, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Meng Yu Tsai filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2008-0489 against the Defendant praying for divorce, that Plaintiff be designated as the residential parent and legal custodian of the one minor child born issue of the marriage, and that the Defendant be ordered to pay child support in accordance with the guidelines and for such other relief as shall be just, necessary and equitable.
