Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE David E. Friedes, Attorney Shoni P. Ross, whose last known place of residence was 3206 Brigham, Toledo, Ohio 43608, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Christopher D. Ross filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2008-0527 against the Defendant praying for divorce, that Plaintiff be awarded his separate property and an equitable share of the marital property, that defendant be ordered to assume an equitable share of the marital debts and other and further relief. Grounds alleged: extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty. The plaintiff and defendant are incompatible and have lived separate and apart for a period of one (1) year or more.
