Broadway, Toledo, Ohio 43605, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Sharon Alvarez filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2008-0317 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief.
