Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE Robert A. Skinner, Attorney Melissa Anderson, whose last known place of residence was 3237 Waldmar Road, Toledo, Ohio 43615, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Paul D. Anderson, Sr. filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-1232 against the Defendant praying for divorce, that Plaintiff be awarded his separate property and an equitable share of the marital property, that defendant be ordered to assume an equitable share of the marital debts and other and further relief. Grounds alleged: the plaintiff and defendant are incompatible. Answer must be filed by March 4, 2008 after which date said complaint will be set for hearing. Paul D.
