Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE Mark D. Wagoner, Attorney James Craig, whose last known place of residence was 6408 Glenhurst, #4, Maumee, Ohio 43537, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Lisa Craig filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-0978 against the Defendant praying for divorce, that Plaintiff be designated as the residential parent and legal custodian of the minor children, that she be granted reasonable spousal support and support for their minor children, and the Defendant be ordered to pay her costs herein, including a reasonable sum for her expenses and attorney fees, for an equitable share of the marital property, and other and further relief.
