Michael Renee Cargile, whose last known place of residence and whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Gwendolyn Elaine Cargile filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Cause No. DR2006-0256 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief. Parties have been living separate & apart for more than one (1) year.
Answer must be filed by April 27, 2007 after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
