Pratt filed motions in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR1998-0265 against Kimberly Pratt praying for a Motion for Reallocation of Parental Rights and Responsibilities and a Motion to Temporarily Suspend Plaintiff's Child Support Obligation.
