Notice Content: DIVORCE NOTICE Richard A. Karcher, Attorney Katherine Stambaugh, whose last known place of residence was 2643 Broadway Toledo, Ohio 43609, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Andrew G. Roderick filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-0605 against the Katherine Stambaugh praying for divorce, that he be awarded his separate property and an equitable share of the marital property, that defendant be ordered to assume an equitable share of the marital debts and other and further relief. Grounds alleged: extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty, plaintiff and defendant are incompatible. Answer must be filed by August 29, 2007 after which date said complaint will be set for hearing.
