Sass, Attorney Michele Kutnyak, whose last known place of residence was 811 West State Street, Fremont, Ohio 43420, but whose present place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Jeffrey Kutnyak filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, Branch of Domestic Relations, in Case No. DR2007-0554 against the Defendant praying for divorce, equitable division of the property of the parties and other and further relief.
