TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
MICHIGAN CREAMERY VENTURES:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of May, 2011, by virtue of a resolution of the Shareholders of Michigan Creamery Ventures, Inc., the Shareholders elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
