Notice is hereby given that on March 14, 2011, Reizen Wealth Management, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio, by virtue of a resolution adopted by the Shareholders of Reizen Wealth Management, Inc., elected to voluntarily dissolve and completely wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate to that effect has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio at Columbus, Ohio on March 14, 2011.
