DISSOLUTION
Wake Up Youth, Inc., an Ohio nonprofit corporation, having its principle office in Toledo, Ohio, by resolution of its members, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs pursuant to Section 1702.47 of the Ohio Revised Code. A Certificate of Dissolution was filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on June 23, 2010.
