Notice is hereby given that on April 10, 2010, IFMA Corporation, an Ohio not for profit corporation, having its principal office in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its members, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on June 1, 2010.
