Notice is hereby given that MacMillan Family Investors, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Sylvania, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its shareholder and director, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs as of April 4, 2007, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on April 12, 2007.
