On March 15, 2010, Inter Pro Software, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Maumee, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its shareholders, elected to voluntarily dissolve and wind up its affairs pursuant to Section 1701.86, Ohio Revised Code, effective March 15, 2010. A Certificate of Dissolution was filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on or about March 26, 2010.
