TO ALL CREDITORS & CLAIMANTS OF
TROPICAL INSULATION PRODUCTS, INC.:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1701.87 of the Ohio Revised Code, you are hereby notified that on the 24th day of February, 2010, Tropical Insulation Products, Inc., by virtue of a resolution of the Shareholders, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of Dissolution has been duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
