Notice is hereby given that as of November 30, 2009, Rothman Steel Corporation, an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Sylvania Township, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its shareholders, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on November 30, 2009.
