Notice is hereby given that on December 17, 2009, DOUBLE J'S COMPANY, an Ohio corporation, having its principal office in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, by resolution of its shareholder and directors, elected to dissolve and wind up its affairs, and that a Certificate of such Dissolution was filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Ohio on December 21, 2009, effective as of December 31, 2009.
